Discrimination against women is not an isolated incident of some people or deprivation of some areas, but part of our culture, our society, and is installed tightly between the majority of us over that manifests itself in all areas of our lives, in all spheres of society: the family, education, entertainment, institutions, health, media, in relationships, in sports, in the forms of dress, art, etc..
the workplace, the world of work, is another of the many areas where you express this discrimination, which is perceived as natural devaluation de los modos de hacer, pensar, sentir y actuar de las mujeres.
Hoy en día no hay dudas respecto de la inalienabilidad del derecho al trabajo. Sin embargo, las mujeres aún encuentran limitaciones para acceder a puestos de trabajo, formarse, ascender y ganar la misma remuneración que los varones por igual tarea.
