Workplace Stress: stress is called the "physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of an individual who tries to adapt and adjust to internal and external pressures." Work stress is a consequence of the activity or task and is manifested in a series of psychological and physical.
"Burn out": also known as burnout syndrome. It manifests with episodes of depersonalization and feelings of reduced personal accomplishment, occurring more frequently among workers in the sectors of health and education.
